We will be taking our acclaimed production of Low Level Panic on our first national tour this Summer with dates in Galway, Belfast and Dublin between April and July.
Low Level Panic is a foul-mouthed, funny and unflinching exploration of the ways in which we view women’s lives, their bodies, their safety and their sexuality.
Under the patronage of Ireland’s first lady, Mrs Sabina Higgins, Anam Theatre is now reviving its sell out production of Clare McIntyre’s Samuel Beckett Award winning play.
We open our national tour with a strictly limited run at Nun’s Island Theatre from Wednesday 30th April to Saturday 3rd May at 8pm. Tickets are €12/10 and are available on door.
On Thursday 1st May we are having a post-show talk back session with Charlotte McIvor from NUI Galway, linking the production in with their CONSENT project, and discussing issues of consent in relation to the play. This will be open to the public.

“Anam Theatre anatomises this uncompromising text with a rattling urgency while celebrating the simmering comedy around which Clare McIntyre wraps her feminist missile.” IRISH THEATRE MAGAZINE
